Fundraising In 2010/2011 our focus is on raising funds for a new school hall, plans for which are currently being developed by the School Governors. We are also always looking to provide funds to meet class "wish lists" and contribute towards class trips, and to help with the re-development of the school garden. There will be lots of opportunities to sign up for these activities, however if you would like further information, please contact a member of the Committee. In the 2009/2010 school year the funds raised contributed towards
• Additional staging for school productions • Banqueting roll for the Christmas Dinner • A Year 2 school trip • Contribution towards a farm visit at Pre-School In addition we have given significant funding for the new School Hall proposal, to which the Village Fete Committee also kindly donated £3,500. |
