PE and Sports Funding Report 2015 – 2016

Total funding available for the academic year 2015 – 2016    £8,270

Strengths identified:
Pupils in all classes enjoy their PE.
A variety of sporting activities and clubs are offered including swimming, football, gym, dancing and tennis. The school has strong links with other local schools.

Forest School Leader, leads sessions across the whole school including Pre-School.

Sports coaches teach all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 for at least 1 hour a week.

Key Stage One all had a taster day of trying different sports at G-Live festival in the summer of 2015 at Surrey Sports Park.

Staff have improved their skills in delivering PE.

Areas to develop: 
 Transform the back playgrounds to make better use of the outdoor PE/sports facilities.  

Funding was spent on;

Playground equipment including signs, giant connect 4 the friendship stop and benches.
